Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines

Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early

Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence Dubai
Pool was too crowded, for breakfast you had a queue, you had to wait in line for 30 mins & then all counter for food was almost empty, looked more "Seeking paradise, but found a parade instead."
