"The hotel is beautiful and everything was excellent, especially the service. The only problem is that when there are protests, they close access to the hotel and you have to take a detour to get there. Also, there is a lot of noise in the Zócalo, which makes it difficult to sleep."

"Great hotel - basic, no frills, but right in the heart of downtown. Room cleaned every day. No air conditioning wasn’t an issue - fan worked well - for my mid to late September visit, but could be an issue in the summer. I was busy most days and nights so it was really a place to crash after touring. A small fridge will be nice, but a minor thing. Shower and bathroom area was clean and worked well. Don’t hesitate to book here. - saved me money for other things on my trip and was safe, clean, affordable and the location was perfect to hit many downtown tourist spots."
