Old place no aircon not good value

No aircon, back ache beds, warm cold water, evening receptionist don't care attitude. Breakfast good, morning receptioist good.

Staff were friendly. Location good. Property was very tired and overdue a refresh. The bathroom had black mold round the shower and on the walls and ceiling and didn't smell nice. Tap leaked. Pull out bed was very old and rickety and awkward for a child to get off and on. Shame, as ibis budget are usually very good.

Awful.

Probably the worst stay I have had in a long time. We arrived to a computer screen - which we expected as it was after 9pm but we had no code to check in. We had to buzz the help desk three times before we finally got someone who helped us and gave us a code to get in. It took over 25 minutes. The email with the code arrived at 4.25am while we were asleep ! The bathroom sink and toilet had stains and my son's bed was not the bunk in the pictures but a small sofa bed which we had to make with sheets. There was no duvet for him. In the morning we went down at 9.40 - 10 mins after breakfast finished (which we didnt know as there had been no sign the night before) but it was all still layed out. The lady refused to let us pay for it - bad business and bad customer service. There is a very nice boulangerie serving coffee and croissants opposite Carrefour.

Hôtel très bien, personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol : pensez à faire les menues réparations dans les chambres pour notre part la 2 le store qui se casse la figure car le support ne tient plus....pour les wc pensez à mettre une brosse pour les wc sa serait très utile...

Hotel délabré , carcasse de voiture sur le parking, porte et trappes arrachées dans les couloirs , ménage approximatif , petit déjeuner sans intérêt, chaleur , odeur et bruit dans la chambre . Le store est couvert d’insecte et tellement dégradé que presque inutilisable

Hotel très vieillissant, pas de climatisation dans la chambre juste un petit ventilateur. Nuits très difficiles vu la chaleur. Salle de bain pas nickel. Extérieur de la fenêtres rempli de toiles d'araignée. Seuls points positifs : une équipe hôtelière très sympathique et accueillante et petit-déjeuner autant varié que copieux.

Salle de douche dans un état lamentable.carrelage du moyen âge...plafond moisi....etc...plus jamais un ibis budget....chambre 20 du 6 au 7 juin...pas de photos allé voir vous même fenêtre sale rideaux hors d'usage....

plusieurs séjours ds cet hôtel

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois ds cet hôtel , accueil agréable , propre , grand parking gratuit. Seul bémol c'est le manque d'insonorisation j'avais un voisin qui ronflait fort...prévoir des boules kiès . Malgré cela je recommande , très bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Les parties communes sont sales et non entretenues, ce qui fait que l’hôtel n’est pas en bon état. Par contre, les chambres sont propres et ont été refaites, toutefois la salle de bain est en mauvaise état. Le choix du petit dej est limité et la personne qui s’en occupe est seule à gérer aussi les départs !!! Donc elle est plus que débordée la pauvre.
