Ideally situated. Friendly staff.

Ideal location close to the station but also near the main parts of Chambery - old and new! The staff were all friendly and very helpful to someone who does not speak French.

Perfect for a one night stay. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The bedroom was clean with bathrobes and fluffy towels and the indoor pool an added treat after a long journey. Very convenient to old town.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a very convenient location for the town centre and the railway station. A little more attention needed towards maintenance and cleanliness: the extractor fan in our shower room wasn't working which was a minor inconvenience and the shower head neads cleaning. The staff were very helpful with suggestions re places to visit.

Very good location, staff excellent and suoer helpful. Room large and comfortable. Lots of shops, restaurants etc around the hotel. Decent breakfast with vegan options. Tricky to find parking but once directions sorted, parking secure and easy to use. Swimming pool too popular, didnt get to use it but good to see everyone enjoying it.

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. I was assigned a quiet room but it was very noisy from the roof top bar next door. Ear plugs definately needed. Unfortunately the carpet in the bedroom did smell, they did provide a spray for the room. Good internet connection.

Hotel is well situated for exploring Chambrey, just a few minutes walk from the old city. Booked a larger room which was well appointed, but all of these rooms overlook the local outside brasserie and bar terrace which was very noisy right through to 11:30pm. We asked be moved to a different but smaller room for the next night which escaped the rooftop bar noise. In both rooms the air conditioning controls made no difference to the temperatures, even after a lesson from reception. Consequently we suffered badly from the night time heat during a very hot few days. Disappointing continental breakfasts. Had to park in the station car park 5 minutes walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful but not my favourite French hotel!
