"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit... Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire dans cette ville.
