"Everything about this hotel was close to perfect. The Castle itself was outstanding. The photographs dont do it justice. We wish we had booked an extra night to enjoy it for long but we will be back. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both meals we still talk about. Staff all really helpful and friendly as well. We look forward to our next visit!!!"

Staff clearing dining room were excellent and clearing tables super quick. My only slight grumble was the mattress. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling into the middle all night. Apart from that, an excellent stay and a lovely hotel. "

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"
