"Perfectly for the price. Good location, free car parking and comfortable clean rooms. Above all though, service was excellent. One employee, sorry...didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady who did both frontdesk and cleaning of rooms, really went the extra mile for me, sorting an iron at short notice, when all of them had been lent out. She's a real asset. "
"Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed very comfy, single bed far too soft for an adult, fine for a small child.
Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing.
For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel."

Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change.
Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail.

"this was a wonderful saty. We were a family of 16. Occupying 5 rooms. Service was great. Staff were great. Pool steam and sauana super clean. Hotel rooms a little dated but did the job. We had a blast "

"The best hospitality staff we have ever co.e across.
Clean, comfy, near the airport. This building was the old airport and it has retained its wonderful art nouveau vibes. Vintage aeroplanes round the back.
Breakfast is early....but order room service!"
"The building was looking so beautiful and my room was also looking good and well equipped. However the cleaning service for the next day was nit satisfying. We had to call over and over again before we could get our room cleaned. Overall my stay was good. The hotel is well equipped which is one of my best thing about the hotel."
"Stayed here as a break on my way to Scotland. Was made very welcome given the keys a had breakfast times explained. Wi-fi passwords were on the the check in desk.
The room I had was a single en suite which had a chest of drawers a small cupboard and a flat screen tv. The bathroom had a shower which towels were supplied. Tea and coffee facilities were supplied.
Breakfast was great I had orange juice ,full english, tea and toast which was perfectly cooked.
The area outside the hotel has 2 pubs and...
