Incredibly helpful staff.

The staff were so kind and so helpful when we arrived. The owner speaks excellent English and went out of her way to help us get settled and provide us with informative brochures about the town. The hotel has no elevator but was very pleasant.

Great stop for exploring Aigue More and surroundin

Great base while attending concert at south of France arena. Free parking outside hotel. Friendly reception. Free coffee available in breakfast area. Excellent location for walking to historic centre on foot, bridge across canal. Large supermarket very close by.

Good service and position for Aigues-Mortes.Good breakfast,maybe a bit expensive,walk into the town and get breakfast for €7.50. Great looking garden along canal side. Food offering during day could be more varied,again some really excellent restaurants in town. Overall a pleasant and well presented hotel.

Best communications .

Hotel Canal Aigues Mortes turn out to be even more charming and friendly than expected .. We had a terribly delayed flight from The US , making us arrive at the hotel by 12 am. The owner sent very nice directions to access the hotel that late . The bed is one the best I slept in lately ... enjoyed the wonderful array at breakfast .The owners are plaisant and ready to help . We very much enjoyed our stay there .

We arrived late due to unforeseen car trouble. The hotel was closed and no answer to the phone numbers provided or the 30 minutes my husband spent pounding on the door. I checked for e-mail but there was no security code sent. We called next day for refund but were turned down. Truly unfortunate experience. Thought we had to sleep in car but luckily found a hotel about 2 hours later at 1am in the morning.

J’ai pris une chambre le jour même , il y avait un tarif préférentiel dessus et heureusement car je n’aurais pas accepté d’avoir payé le prix de base pour cette chambre (n*2) . Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit ! La chambre était au rez de chaussée au niveau du passage de voiture donc entre les moteurs et les phares ( pas de volet mais des rideaux) , c’était pénible . Ensuite nous avons tout entendu de ce qui se passait au niveau de la chambre du dessus et enfin le bruit des cuisines qui se trouvait à côté et qui ont commencé très tôt pour préparer les petits le déjeuner . J’ai était super déçu sachant que cette hôtel est très bien noté . Donc est ce que c’ést la seule chambre comme ça ??? En tout cas ce qui a rattraper un peu la chose c’est que nous avions oublié un bijoux et l’hôtel nous a prévenu. Le personnel était sympathique par contre .
