"Clean "

"Decent place. The room was clean but we were overlooking a pirate ship with lots of tourists touring it and looking at our room. Also the iron was not available for in room use. I had to go down stairs to the conference room were they have it set-up. "

"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. If we hadn’t booked through Expedia, we would have requested a full refund. Our visit started off on the wrong foot when the manager, Richard, made an inappropriate remark implying that booking through a third party causes issues because “you’re dealing with people from India.” This was unprofessional and concerning. We had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness and maintenance problems, including mold, hair, and a shower that wouldn’t drain. In another room, a ceiling sprinkler leaked onto our belongings. The most alarming issue occurred at the pool, where our children found a syringe. Additionally, one of our kids stepped on an earring, and when we asked for a bandage, we were told they had run out and wouldn’t have more until the following month. There were no lifeguards present, and both staff and management were consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and we will not be returning."

"Overall a nice, boutique feel hotel but the lighting in the room is pathetic. It is so dark by the sink and vanity it requires a cellphone flashlight - no joke. If you need to look presentable for an important engagement, stay elsewhere."

"There was no issue during the night spent. However upon returning to PHX the desk wouldnt answer the phone so the shuttle could pick us up. Upon checkout that my credit card was billed $50 for a damaged linen in the room. Ive been trying to contact Mark Ross the GM at the property but he's unresponsive. Very frustrated to say the least. I would recommend this property to no one ever."

"Main pool was great, close to hiking trails and food outside resort."

"Room was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, i used the gym equipment and it was good for a quick workout, parking was easy."

"This is a cheap stay so if you aren't looking to shower and just need a bed for the night for a low price this allows for that. There was a dead cockroach in the rooms shower and the main desk people were really confusing to deal with when I was trying to figure out the shuttle. Overall a not great hotel. Amenities were mediocre particularly the complimentary breakfast."
