If you’re looking for a picturesque setting , with a traditional southwest feel, this place is very far from it. On the other hand, this serves as a comfortable mini-pad with generous amenities for a business trip or family stay."

"The office was closed when I arrived late at night, there was a phone outside office you pick up to speak with someone, eventually I was transferred to a corporate office after about5-10 minutes. They contacted someone at the property and they finally checked me in. The person was very nice. When I went to the room the interior door lock was on and I couldn’t get in. Luckily the front desk person noticed me before she left and gave me a different room. "

"As far as the stay it was great, I dont think the instructions for parking where all that clear for someone that was completely new to this type of check in. They metion where to park when you get there but forget to mention that they'll be a parking card and spot assigned to you when you go to your room. I had to reach out to someone for theses instructions "

"The room was dirty was afraid to say anything as we got in late and had no ability to change our reservations to a cleaner spot ."

"The refrigerator was not working and had a foul odor. We had to go out for each meal. I called the host company and they told me this was a previous problem, but they thought it was corrected. It was not working when we arrived, there was a previous renter who I’m sure reported the same issue, and it was never fixed over the 4 days of our stay. Very poor attention to servicing the apartment and it was even difficult to get responses in a timely manner. "
