The elevator did not work, I was told it’s been out for several days with no plan to fix it anytime soon, both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, so we could not use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in, it’s advertised to have a 24 hour fitness ...

we checked into our room and i was shocked! badly stained carpet dirty and the floor. the bed looked as if the covers were just pulled up. the bathroom black dark rings around the tub.. the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about ...
