"Good"

"Great location in the old town with sea views of the port and cruise ships, close to bars and restaurants. Room was large with a newly renovated bathroom, a good sized closet with plenty of clothes hangers. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, sheets were changed every second day."

"Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€."

It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. "Das Hotel und die Anlage war wirklich super. Es gibt zwei Außenpools und genügend Liegen. Es war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden.
