Beautiful location, facilities and friendly staff. Perfect vacation. We recommend renting the electric bicycles to tour the island, it was the highlight of our trip.

The staff was amazing. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with early check in. The pool was beautiful with amazing views. Our last day we had a very early flight, when we checked out they had a made us a to-go bag because we were missing breakfast. I would highly recommend this resort and will return.

Our last stop after 4 islands in 10 days, and it was a delight, staff were super kind and friendly, food and drink all excellent and no loud music at the pool or on the beach. Beach is a tad gravelly but a minor quibble. Spa is great too …. Loved it Pat and Kerry June 2025

Beautiful resort and location. Comfortable rooms, great housekeeping. Unfortunately the staff did not like foreigners. When I asked for pool towels the bartender said he needed to save for other guests. Difficult to get our drinks ordered or water refilled, while those that spoke Greek dotted on.

Location is great ! The Hotel is overpriced for what they provide. The food at the Beach Bar needs work and the items are way too expensive for the quality that it’s been offered. I am not cheap by any means and I don’t mind to pay but to also receive value. The Hotel is overall okay but way overpriced for what they offer

The property is beautiful, as is the view, pool and access to the gulf for swimming. Food quality was good and the service at the restaurant and bar was very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was less attentive. The biggest problems were the size of the room (small) with NO storage. No drawers or hanging space and no where to store luggage. Also, they put us in a room that we had to walk through 2 inches of water on the marble walkway to get to our room on the first 2 days. This was unacceptable and there was no effort to clear the water or change our room. Also, we came back one evening after dinner and the front gate would not open, despite someone being in the front office, so we had to walk. The other problem was that they had a poor selection of wine, including no chardonnay style wine, as we were told the season was ending and stock not being replaced. Bar Staff did their best to obtain substitutes and basically lift things from the restaurant, which we appreciate, but should not have been necessary. There was definitely a sense that guests late in the season are less important. This is no reflection on the staff, especially Emma in the beach bar, and the breakfast servers. A beautiful property, but no where near 5 star service or amenities.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Spotlessly clean. Cute, uncrowded, private beach in a clean bay safe for swimming in. Sunset yoga at the hotel on Monday and Wednesday evening in the most stunning location above the restaurant. Yoga mats provided. Little bit off the beaten track so not easy to walk to find places for dinner, although the hotel restaurant is fine, if pretty empty in the evening. The tables are right next to the sea though which is fabulous. Great breakfast spread. Best of all are the staff at reception who are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to see them every day and they couldn't do enough to help. I hired an electric bike from the hotel for the day, they phoned and messaged to make sure I was ok and offered to pick me up when the battery died! They definitely showed a level of care that exceeds what I've found in other hotels.

Lalibay resort

Had a comfortable but not a 5 star stay. The staff were great, beds comfortable and everything very clean. First issue is the beach loungers are non adjustable, so your permanently horizontal .. Next major issue is the restaurant doesn't offer a vegetarian option, they could only offer us a seafood pasta without the seafood which was tasty, although they still charged us the full price. We won't be returning.

Really pleasant stay and would recommend! The property was very quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated that it's 18 . Also I really appreciate that they can do cashback for small amounts at the front desk. Facilities were super clean, staff were pleasant, friendly, and accomodating, and the beds were comfy. A few suggestions for improvement: Room service hours were not very clear and I think they were different from what was posted on the TV screens. Also, it was recommended that we not drink the tap water on the island and were told to go down to the bar to ask for water. We were provided with a couple bottles of water whenever we asked and were topped up with 2 small bottles when the room was cleaned, but just felt that there should be a better system in place to provide guests with enough water during their stay. I think providing 2 bigger bottles of water rather than the smaller ones would be good. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel and think it's a good value for what you get.
