"The room was spacious, fairly clean and well appointed, if a bit dated. The sound proofing is non-existent, so I would strongly recommend getting an upper level suite. The pool was unusable. Very dirty."

"Basic customer service should be the priority of the hotel, which is lacking, the front desk is not approachable nor even help with the concerns of guests. This property only focusing on what and how much they can profit, glass windows and washrooms are not clean and sanitized properly. Mostly it doesn’t make sense to have a second floor without access on elevator, like how the guests suppose to bring their luggage’s without any inconvenience."

"My husband and I enjoyed a two night stay!! Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable, we used the hot tub one night and was nice and relaxing…Yvonne was a great hostess and made us feel at home!! She made amazing breakfasts for the 2 mornings we stayed there!! I highly recommend."

"I was wondering why we are charged 2x for the tax. Expedia charge me and when i checked in the hotel charged me again for the tax. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking."

"The staff were helpful and the hotel was well maintained, unfortunately the noise from the atrium until 11pm made a peaceful evening unachievable. Great for families, not those without kids."

The screen have out and bugs and hair in the bed granted they were just a couple ants, but the hair under the pillow was not appreciated. When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests.
