Excellent staff, great facilities and a large and comfortable apartment. Food was excellent and a good variety, changing from day to day. Loved that some of the food was cooked to order and was very fresh. A few activities during the day and some good shows in the evenings. Hotel accommodated our request to have 2 apartments next to each other. Doors were a little sticky to open and we had a noisy local bar nearby, but in all very minor things.

Good family hotel

Amazing hotel for families as it has lots of activities going on all day. Entertainment team were fantastic. Alot of steps around the complex though, so anybody with mobility issues may struggle. Food was of a good standard. Drinks, however were a little on the poor side. No dry white wine, only sweet & the normal drinks didnt appear to be that alcoholic, beer was ok though. Plenty of sunbeds although it was Easter, maybe in the summer could be an issue. Terraces & balconies are huge though & could easily have sunbeds on them, which would help! Overall a fabulous holiday where the staff work extremely hard to make it that way. Definitely would return.

The kids were absolutely thrilled, and the hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly destination. The real gem of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. They treat you like family, always attentive, caring, and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their warmth and dedication made a lasting impression on us. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. We were fortunate to stay during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel organized a fantastic program throughout the day, filled with fun activities and festive cheer. The highlight of the celebrations was the special Christmas dinner, featuring a delicious turkey that delighted everyone. Over the course of our seven-day stay, we fully recharged, soaked in positive vibes, and created wonderful memories. Most importantly, we left with a strong desire to return. Once again, I must emphasize how incredible the hotel staff are – they truly make your stay unforgettable and always go the extra mile to accommodate guests. Highly recommended for families looking for a welcoming and fun-filled holiday!

Sejour en famille tres agréable. La restauration est top et l'hôtel tres bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant. On parle français à la réception. Les animations sont variées. Cocktails de qualité dans le tout inclus.

Vi har hatt en fint opphold med 28.12-04.01. Maten er variert og bra, alltid hyggelig personale. Rent og fint på hele hotellet. Temperaturen i vannet er noe varierende med tanke på været. Men jeg vil legge til at det aldri er veldig kaldt. Perfekt for barnefamilier! Ingen hvite duker og lys på bordene i restauranten, men desto mer barnevennlig.

Absolutely awful 😣

This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return to a later saying’ your towels would be moved if no return in 30 minutes. 😡. The star status it gives its self is ridiculous. I would rate this 2 star at a push. We we return.. absolutely not.. staff of rude and arrogant. The only staff that are worth there wages are the cleaners as they have to try and clean what is already a broken room. I even roomed to find a new hotel on arrival I was that disappointed. You live and learn I suppose. I learnt that I won’t be retuning. Not for a good pig.

Literie confortable, personnel très sympa, mais restaurant pas génial. Très industriel, toujours la même chose, pas beaucoup de choix. Fruits en conserve, vraiment dommage. Si non le reste dans l'ensemble ça allait.

Good hotel but the low price/value ration

Stuff is very friendly and trying their best during covid. Furnitures were worn out and the tiles were extremely slippery when wet which happens if you have the hot tub on the balcony. Also, the glass decoration on top of shelves have sharp edges which I think dangerous with small children. Normal food, plenty of things to do with kids 15 minutes walk from the beach. We had a nice week there.

Fuimos en familia, y lo pasemos genial, la habitación con jacuzzi privado una gran elección, personal súper amable, todo muy limpio. Hacen a diario actividades para los niños y también para los mayores y 1 espectaculo nocturno.

Någonstans mellan ok och riktigt bra

Hotellet har nog varit femstjärnigt men tappat en. Har fortfarande viss service som känns som femstjärnig men man saknar också vissa saker. Rumstädningen var slarvig (bodde i tre rum under en tvåveckorsperiod), de flesta tallrikar i restaurangen behöver bytas ut pga slitage och likaså en del av rumsinredningen, man borde försöka göra något åt flugorna där också, maten är smaklös för att passa alla, toalettartiklarna är av sämre kvalitet (ta med egen balsam), barnpoolen är för kall men framförallt så tar man saftigt betalt för kassaskåpen på rummet... Gästerna (40% överviktiga engelska bönder, 30% spanjorer och resten ryssar, fransmän och nordbor) får dock otroligt mycket valuta för pengarna (om man inte åker över nyår som vi gjorde). Man har ett mycket stort och varierat matutbud både i restaurangen och barerna. Generösa tider för all inclusive, fantastiskt fint barnpoolsområde, jättebra läge med närhet till strand, omedelbar närhet till shopping och en dygnetrunt-öppen barnklinik. Rent överallt på området och de flesta medarbetarna är väldigt trevliga.

Dejligt ophold men koldt værelse..

Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold. Et af de bedre all inclusive hoteller. Dejlig mad, selvom restauranten er meget cafeteriaagtig med højt støjniveau, hvilket man må forvente af et familiehotel. Eneste problem var at værelset som var i underetagen var meget koldt, især opholdsstuen hvor der var helt ekstremt fodkoldt, og vi er ellers ikke sarte. Har man små børn må man sikre sig at man får et værelse i overetagen, hvor problemet må være mindre.

Lovely layout, spacious rooms, amazing facilities, very clean, and absolutely lovely staff who were really helpful with any questions asked!! Useful free bus to the main areas too! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
