The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not given the apartment on the picture. That was two doors down from us. So be careful making reservations here and ensure you get the room they are advertising. This was clearly and bait and switch. It was definitely not a three bedroom. We only had access to two bedrooms. Also, upon arrival they were shoeing horses next to our room. It was very loud clanging. After driving most of the day, this was not calming. This property needs to be flagged for false advertising.

NOT for foreign travelers, Not as described.

Really disappointed in how this stay turned out. First, we chose it for two reasons: Horse riding (which we confirmed in advance we could do) & a "full apartment with kitchen." It was, literally, the most uncomfortable space I've ever slept in. The rooms shown in most of the photos are the OWNER'S apartment in the 2-story building, not the public rooms. It is a children's riding school for Italians, not a true agriturismo for tourists, & not as expected based on photos. I do not recommend. We were only allowed to ride the horses 1 time in a 4 day stay, & the kitchen is unusable. Prep space only about 18" wide, cookware worn out, knives so dull I couldn't cut chicken; so extremely lacking I couldn't cook a proper meal. There is nowhere to sit or relax in the apartment except the horribly uncomfortable kitchen chairs or on the bed, no couch or upholstered chairs as expected in an apartment. It's partially underground & it's noticeable. Dark & claustrophobic w/windows only in the kitchen. Ultra hard bed, no duvet as described. Flies by the thousands even though we never left the door or window open. Family had 2 MASSIVE parties over 2 days of our stay, flooding the property w/cars & young people who used our front porch as a smoking & cell phone lot. The only good things: Cute puppies running around, lots of stars at night, lemon trees at our disposal, & the owners were nice once they accepted we were there to stay a while.

B&B gestito da una famiglia gentilissima. Se cercate la pace in mezzo al verde e immersa nella campagna nei pressi di Acquapendente ' con possibilità di vedere cavalli ed asini - è il posto per voi!

Posizione comoda per visitare la città. Struttura semplice ma molto comoda per le dimensioni notevoli delle camere ideale per famiglie numerose, anche per la presenza di due bagni. Struttura situata in un maneggio e con piacevole presenza di cani molto socievoli.
