Good service, friendly and very helpful for advice and recommandations from the staff. Breakfast is typical italian with a lot of sweets, coffee is very good and friendly staff at breakfast as well.

Its nice and clean but in the room there were too many mosquitoes, so we didn’t sleep for two three days The breakfast I wouldnt recommend, you don’t have much to eat other than croissants and the customer service all in all isnt great.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport and downtown Catania. However, with rental car, I think this hotel is a better choice for the values: it is a 4-star hotel with free buffet breakfast, self parking, and many other amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For that reason, I booked twice President Park Hotel, 3-day and 2-day stays separately. I would recommend this hotel to travelers having access to cars.

Nice and quiet and just a touch outside of Catania, so easy to travel the surrounding area like to Aci Castello and to Mt. Etna. Great staff will to help when ever asked for certain information! Great customer service and breakfast was fantastic, there baked on site assorted croissants were outstanding!

Front desk took 20 minutes to check us in, weird. Second front desk person came out only to get back on their computer. Place is nice and comfortable. Pool was not open in May, and it was very swimable weather. Breakfast is in a basement, no windows and kind of eh. Great town though, comfortable beds and easy to find. Inexpensive and worth staying there though.

Very nice, great room, but smoky.

The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets.

Nice, clean but pool not in use

Decided to splash out and spend a night in a better hotel having already paid for 3 nights in a different hotel which we did not like. The main reason was the pool. Sadly when we arrived the pool was not open, and would not be until May. I really think this should be explained prior to booking as the main photos are the pool. The hotel itself is nice, rooms lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was fab, including eggs and bacon. Nice bar- and from which nice snack sandwiches. Not walkable- up a massive hill, but loads of parking. We spotted a few restaurants behind the hotel, but didn’t try them as had sandwiches at the bar, following a large lunch earlier at the harbour. The castle is well worth a visit. Lovely area.

Value for money!

Positives - huge room very comfortable bed and lovely balcony over looking the pool and sea Staff - especially Marco and Francesco in reception and Lili the pool attendant - all were lovely, helpful and smiley. One grumpy barman. Value for money!! Negatives - breakfast in the basement…the food was decent, but the location was not! Fluorescent lights .. when they have a beautiful roof deck which is set up for functions and I believe they use for private parties… there are many other reviews which say the same thing and it was so true … Our rooms were cleaned and beds made etc but our cups were left full of old tea for 2 days and nothing re stocked. Plus major .. NO coffee… how can you come to Sicily and not get a coffee in your room. I asked housekeeping and she just said they didn’t have any!!! Were there for a local wedding so had more important things to deal with. So didn’t have chance to complain!

Not a bad hotel, the dining staff were great and very nice. The issues were 1) the bartender was always rude and treated us poorly. Asked for a corkscrew and he yelled at my wife that it was not allowed. We were offered a free drink on the hotel, were given a slip for the bar, and when we presented it to him he questioned it as if we were trying to rip him off and he called the front desk to confirm it was legit. He was a dick. 2) Too many rules. No outside food even though there were minimal options within walking distance. No snacks, wine, or anything. We just wanted to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony but they got pissed off. 3) Lousy breakfast. Eggs were as dry as sawdust, all the bread was stale, and the options were limited. 4) Cleaning staff kept removing toiletries and not restocking. Always clean though. Would not return and would go elsewhere.

We stayed here the night befor flying back to the US. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a bar open during the day, as well as a dining room for dinner, and our rate included breakfast (although we had to skip breakfast to catch our early flight.) Only took about 30 minutes to Catania airport. Good alternative to staying in Catania.
