"From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around. A/C issue and they had a guy there 5 min after I checked in to solve issue. Front desk staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will return if attending another Roger’s event 100%"

"My room was very clean, the staff were great. I forgot my phone charger and the front desk let me borrow one of theirs for the night. Breakfast was very hot and filling. They had pancakes, muffins, toast, begals, juice, coffee, tea, eggs, omelets, sausages, bacon, yorgurt. Beds were comfortable and the blankets nice and warm. The shower was just the right pressure. The room was very large. Yes your going to see houseless people around but you will in any city so that was ok. They didnt ask for...

"Rooms were very clean, recently renovated suite from what we could tell. Complete kitchenette with everything you would need for a longer stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Area around property isn’t the best but cannot be controlled by the hotel. They do a great job keeping the hotel secure and safe. "
