Excellent place to stay

I must say, this small hotel is truly excellent. The rooms exude luxury in every aspect. From the furnishings to cleanliness and overall comfort, I had no complaints whatsoever. While I found the water heater to be a bit temperamental, considering Ghana's hot and humid climate, I didn't mind foregoing warm showers. In fact, the refreshing coolness may have even contributed to shedding a few pounds! Regarding the road in front of the hotel, it seems to be a common issue in many places across Ghana. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience. All things considered, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My experience with all the staff members were excellent. A very professional staff. The only hiccup worth mentioning is that I opted to check out a day early, yet I wasn't refunded for the unused day. I also wanted to use the unused day for another day after checkout (because I had to return back to Accra for my return flight). That was also refused by the manager. I did not like that! It would be appreciated if the manager /hotel was more mendable in situations like these. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers without hesitation.

Nice quiet Apartment

At first there were little issues concerning early check-in which was later explained to us by the manager. We were to check into 3bedroom on the top floor, but the manager check us into a 2 bedroom pending our check-in time. Our stay was cool and the staffs were excellent. The hotel need to improve on facilities at the apartment by improving on available facilities. I suggest the apartments should improve on the numbers of Televisions in an apartment. The era of having a tv in the living room alone has gone, at least one should be in master bedroom and the TV in all rooms must be SMART TV. The world has really gone digital. That makes you feel more at home. SMART TV makes it easier to view the world in your own comfort zone. Am sure most hotels or apartment are scared of the cost of data bundles. Well it's very easy, all you need do is to factor the cost into the room. 10 to 15GB is okay per day. Not all guess uses hotel data. In all, our stay was okay and will rate hotel 7/10. We will surely returns. NB:- I earlier made a review of this apartments by mistaken it for another. Please kindly forgive my mistakes and errors. And sorry for all concerns.
