A beautiful hotel, with a decent array of restaurants. Another pool is needed as there are a lot of non residents who decide to venture in for the day. Breakfast in the executive lounge is not worth the money as the spread pales in comparison to the offerings in the main restaurant

The hotel has high quality services and facilities. However the rooms are not 5 star. Finishing is cheap wood, sensors make noise and emit disturbing light, and the system outside the room feeding the AC makes frequent banging sounds

This hotel is a gem and great place to stay as a solo traveler. As a woman, I felt safe and cared for. The amenities are well done and the food options are great for the stay. Also, check out Mama Africa across the street for any of your souvenirs needs (not a paid ad, it's just VERY convenient).

The Hotel was very nice. The room however had a damp smell and feel throughout the stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Pricing for food disappointing. Major difference between over charge and being ripped off. Two scoops of ice cream $17 USD which is completely ridiculous. The spa was very nice and clean. Hotel within walking distance of shopping and exploring. Very close to the airport.

Nice hotel, however you are just paying for the brand and the “chestnut wood” plastered over the hotel. Hotel receptionist Celeste insisted that I upgraded my room to an executive room for a better experience and I regret it. Was not worth it and wish I had done better research. You weren’t even allowed to open the balcony doors (what’s the point of having a balcony then??). Overall, staff are nice. Wish the hotel was located near more shops that are within walking distances like the ones in Osu. Don’t think I will be returning to Kempinski since I did seek better/cheaper options that were more spacious while visiting friends.

Clean room, however you can tell the hotel is getting old or is poorly maintained. Our toilet had to be fixed multiple times. We had quite a few bad experiences with restaurant staff. They were either rude or just not helpful. But that was not everyone, they had a few kind ones. We asked for a room change, they didn’t seem like they would oblige until we escalated our experiences to a manager. In the new room, the bedside drawer couldn’t close. All in all, it was not the best experience, especially for the price.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. My room is clean my biggest issue is that a lot of the plugs in my room did not work and the TV remote also did not work. I did not stay here long due to me traveling the following day. I would give this Hotel another chance in hopes that my next stay would be better. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I travelled to Ghana for my birthday and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. All of the staff were so lovely, particularly Charity and it will definitely be a hotel I will stay at again and recommend!
