Our hotel stay was very pleasant. Check in was speedy, the premises was really nice, the decor of our suit was lovely, clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful. The food was delicious, definitely the best part of our stay. It would have been 10/10 if the spa facilities were all available, the steam room was not working and the masseuse was not available. The pool is a bit small. It would be good if they added some sun loungers around it. Overall a good stay, I would recommend.

Great staff who are truly dedicated to their jobs. I was warmly welcomed by the Sammy the driver at the airport. He was such a professional gentleman who even spoke so highly about the hotel before I arrived at the front desk with a friendly smile from Felicity with a cold fruit juice to feel the tranquility of the hotel environment.
