"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"

Readiness of staff and management to assist guests and make their stay here comfortable. Also staff are respectful.
They can work on getting an in house restaurant or dinner to make it easier for guests.

"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...
