"The staff members were very respectful, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Emmanuel. He went above and beyond by offering to go into town to purchase some items we needed for our kids. We truly appreciate his kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to assist. His excellent customer service made our experience even more special. Thank you, Emmanuel!"

"The staff were all very friendly but professional. Manager sorted out an issue we had seemlessly. He was very patient and handled the situation very well. I was very impressed with the service received I will be going back there"

"Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point."

"The hotel is not in operation for three months now ..I make this booking on behalf of my mother but she couldn’t sleep there because the hotel is not working "

"This is a new resort that is still under construction. It was quiet and beautiful, and the staff were great. While it is suitable for relaxation and connecting with nature, the resort is highly overpriced, and we did not feel we received value for our money. Having stayed at several resorts and hotels in Ghana, we were disappointed with the deluxe room. Although it was spacious, it lacked modern amenities and did not meet the standard of a deluxe room. There were no power sockets near the bed;...

"This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. My tuna salad, spring rolls, and fries were edible but definitely subpar. There were several...

"Comfort & security assured. Thanks."

"It was a good stay overall but I stayed at the older section of the hotel and some of the amenities there need fixing (e.g. showers and bathroom drainage). The fitness centre can also be cleaner and more user-friendly."

"It’s in the community area so don’t expect luxury but it was decent for a wilderness experience that we came for. Our spiritual trip was a theme based on the exodus experience so this place was a god sent. Bed was decent, place was clean enough. And the yard and people were nice. They had a big fridge that fit all our fruits and drinks and pots and pans. The water was warm and they provided soap and toilet paper. What more could I asked for. We stayed 2 nights and it was in to the next one. We...

"Very terrible experience, they too told me there wasn't any rooms available, after they already applied my one key cash credit to the reservation.there isn't running water to bath flush the toilet or anything. A friend of our was staying there and in that hour we waited around I was shocked they have to walk to get her I"

"Staff supreme"

"Would not recommend to anyone. The amenities are not as listed. Would be better off staying somewhere else!"

"J'ai du louer une autre chambre pour le séjour. 20 mn au téléphone avec un gérant qui affirmait que je m’étais trompé de lieu malgré ma réservation sous le nez de la réceptionniste. Par ailleurs, un hôtel miteux à déconseiller ABSOLUMENT!"
