"Large rooms with great views. Loved the pool area especially for this time of year! Very pricey coffee shop in the lobby! Outdoor areas are fantastic. Need to improve signage - we had no idea the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor! Be prepared to walk - a lot! Not elderly-friendly, unless they have motorized scooters! You will definitely get your steps in! Rooms do not have coffee makers or microwaves and since we were travelling with a toddler and 80 yo it made things more difficult! But...

"The room smelled musty. The windows looks like they hadn’t be cleaned since 1974. The paint was peeling off the walls and in the tub. The beds looked like they’d been slept in by Jabba the Hutt everyday for the past 17 years. One of the elevators wouldn’t open while we were on it we had to pry it open with our hands. We thought the hotel was connected to the convention center only to walk all the way across the catwalk to find a locked door. We had to go back around and outside. One star. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly, but the first impression of the lobby is the stench of marijuana and cigarettes. The whole hotel is permeated by stale cigarette smoke and even the rooms seem to have deodorizers used to mask it. This is an old hotel, so don't expect much. The decor is very, very dated and repairs have been shoddy. The handle to one nightstand was hanging by one screw. Outside the hotel, the street has many beggars and tweakers. We never felt threatened, but we saw a...

"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

"Upon check-in, we were assigned adjoining rooms (1826–1827). Both rooms had broken thermostats, leaving the rooms unreasonably cold completely inappropriate, especially considering there were young children (all under the age of six) present. W had to put two of our asthma children on their machines for treatment due to this and addition, the smoke detector in room 1827 went off continuously throughout the night. We reported these issues multiple times, both overnight and again in the morning....
