"Room is definetly not very clean. Shower courtain had mold and bed sheets had stains. I understand hotel is a bit old and I don't complain about the buildig itself but things like the sheets and courtains should definitely be better"

"Great castle stay. You can wander around the property and get a look at the other rooms of the castle. Free easy on-site parking. Staff was great. Little pub in the basement with walk-out garden seating to have a beverage. As with it being an old castle, it has and old charm and fun to explore. Bummed the ghost story person was t=not there for our stay - would have loved to hear. Recommended. Only potential issue, there is no lift and 3 floors potentially. Would stay again. "Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."

"This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it."

"We stayed in one of the Bear Huts. Although I'd seen the photo, I did not think it was going to be as cramped inside as it was. It's certainly not big enough for two people. The large and very comfy bed was fitted over storage space and was so high up my husband had to help me up onto it in a very ungainly manner. Definitely needs a step up of some sort. All the storage units had noisy bolt lock fastenings. Getting the boiler working for hot water in the shower was a work of art. The hut door...

"Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it"
