"The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!"

"We stayed for one night for the Bristol race. It was an ideal location and we liked it. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and room. However, the bathroom light was very dim with bugs in it, exhaust fan didn’t work and shower curtain had growth on it. The bed could be softer, and creaked all night with movement. "

"We came to the area to bike the Virginia Creeper. Hotel was bikable to the trail head, restaurants were close by, hotel was very clean. We brought our pet and hotel is very pet friendly too. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! From the person at the front desk to the cleaning staff and breakfast area attendant. We would stay here again if back in the area. "
