"The room smelled so musty/mildewy and like wet dog. Didn’t even take off our shoes. Tried to just suck it up and get some sleep but the smell was too overwhelming. They would not refund our money because they said “you didn’t tell us right away and waited 1.5 hours”… okay, our bad.,,, but honestly ..."
