"What a gorgeous setting for a lovely long weekend away in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained, resulting in a perfect family reunion weekend involving picnics in the gardens, meals in the restaurants and restful sleeps. Highly recommend and we already want to return!"

"The room was lovely and clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom had the best power shower of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The bar meals were really good too and there was just a nice atmosphere to the hotel and it’s in such a good location."

Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t serving food in the evenings due to the coronavirus but the food from both the Hibernia pub and wavertree cafe was fantastic. "
