There was absolutely no staff
Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

If this was a $150 per night hotel I’d be lucky to give them an average rating but at $192 for one person this place is terrible. No staff at check in just a number to call then told key is in the room. As for the room the floor was filthy and stained, broken power and light sockets, broken tiles ...

Excellent service. Good Value. The only minor issue (tongue in cheek) was whenever you engaged the Manage in conversation you needed 20 minutes. She was an Absolute Character. We would Definitely stay there again.
