"Hotel lobby and communal areas looked nice room ok large but sparse with couple bits of cheap furniture and squeaky floor beds. Bathroom disgraceful wall tiles dirty needed re grouting floor tiles broken mirror so damaged couldn't see through it tsp broken large dirty chips out of bath."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The room was in an appalling condition: heavily stained carpet, damp marks on the walls, hairs in the shower, mould beneath a cracked and leaking shower, a stained shower head, faecal staining in the toilet and dust on the light fittings. ..."
