"Terrible Continental breakfast, no eggs, nor protein, coffee, bread, cereal and waffles. The staff didn’t specify that. Cockroach in the bathroom, don’t walk with your white socks on the carpet, they will turn dark. The TV is broken. Staff was nice though."

"We were attending a week of activities for our nephew's wedding. We spent time at the parks, resort hotels for meals and the wedding reception and a day with family at their home. The Embassy Suites was a convenient location for all of our activities. Even though there seemed to be a lot of school groups at the hotel, the only time you really saw or heard them was at breakfast. I must commend the people that worked the breakfast. They were constantly working and very friendly to everyone. Happy hour staff were also great. The only problem I had during our stay, was trying to purchase Disney tickets through the hotel. The first day I kept checking back with them because they said I had to wait for the one employee in charge of that to return. When they did get back, they told me they would call me when they were able to get my tickets. Hours later they said the system was down so I finally gave up. The next day a different employee tried to help me and they were also unsuccessful. So, I wouldn't recommend trying to purchase your park tickets at the front desk. I enjoy staying at hotels at the park, but the price you get at Embassy compared to a Disney resort hotel is quite a savings. I would stay here again."

"Was looking at a hotel for a hotel that night with hotels.com. It said 'other hotels you may be interested in' with a cheaper price with Magic Key listed. So I booked it about an hour before arriving. When I got to the hotel, a man named Dan was at the front desk. I learned the website defaulted to a future date that had a cheaper stay. The hotel was very stern on no refunds and no refund back through hotels.com. I decided to try them one more time recently on a different trip due to the cost with my daughter to swim at the pool. As a last-minute decision, I booked the stay when I pulled into the parking lot. Went into the hotel. The same guy (Dan) was there. There was a type-written sign was up in the window stating they just started remodeling their pool and it was down until mid-July. There was no mention of this on the website (see pictures). I told him to hold on before he processed the reservation, because I had booked to do a pool get-away with my daughter. I simply shrugged and said thats up to hotels.com to refund the money. Hotels.com did not refund the money. Never again."

"I went for two days and my stay was absolutely wonderful. My family had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean, the staff were great, I didn't drink at the bar but it looked nice. The hot tub in our room had dirt come out of the pumps so we did not use it. That was the only problem. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub near the pools though. All in all it was great. We will return soon."

"it was one night with my family friendly guy in the lobby very clean in the lobby and in the rooms clean bathroom and clean towels and also linen on the bed in the morning the breakfast was delicious and for different tastes there is also a children's room and a conference room and of course a swimming pool but we did not use it thanks to all the staff"
