"Staff were clean, our cleaning lady was especially attentive and kind. We loved the comforter but not the mattress so much; it was okay. The area is so so but definitely helpful that it's so close to the subway station. A bit far from all the main attractions. Hotel being right next to the train station was a bit loud and was not helpful trying to cure my jet lag but honestly it's a great hotel for the value"

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time.
The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction.
The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."
