"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "

Le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux surtout à l’accueil. Nous avons apprécié le club lounge, le service y était plutôt sympathique. La literie était parfaite, le ménage régulier et bien fait. "Lovely building, rooms and staff (particularly AF). Well situated on the beach, great kids pool, and kids club. But the food… worst I’ve had in Thailand by a long shot. We had better food cooked by 2 old ladies on a boat trip. Huge queues for breakfast. 2 restaurants and one cafe, all with the same menu. Extremely ordinary steaks or burgers, less than ordinary pasta and pizza, dreadful Thai food. No other options readily accessible."
