"Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff. "

"Unknown to us we had chosen a particularly busy weekend to stay so the hotel was noisier than usual and we couldn't get on the golf course even though we'd tried to pre-book several weeks before. However the breakfast was excellent, the Sushi restaurant didn't disappoint and the spa was still one of the best I've visited in Spain! "

"Nicely renovated and overall felt clean and comfortable. Many aspects of the service were excellent but we had to call multiple times to ask for a power adapter which never arrived. We also issues with our request to assist in connecting casting which was not working. The temperature of the shower also fluctuated significantly which was frustrating. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the breakfast was great and pool deck had lots of chairs and wonderful access to the walkway. "

My room was beautiful and I asked for a room with loungers and I received a wonderful room, so thank you. The gym is very good and the spiler beach club restaurant is a must. I found the room service menu very very limited and the Balthazar restaurant the only downside of the hotel, it has no ambiance and the food was not good at all very sad as the spiler was terrific but closed at 4.30. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here. "

"Los Monteros is an older style 5 star Hotel, it originally dates from 1963. There are parts which could do with a refresh, but it has a certain mid century charm that I like and the staff and service are excellent. The breakfast is good too. Our room dated from about 2002, but was still very clean and spacious. The beach club which is separate from the Hotel was a bit of a dissapointment, and all at extra cost, pretentious, but without the service to match and all seems a bit of a rip off when...

"Fabulous overnight stay including all meals and thermal circuit. Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Extremely quiet when we were there. Excellent room. No complaints. Spa was superb. Hotel promotes healthy eating and drinking a little more than we expected! We would definitely return."
