"Exceptional hotel. The accommodation and dining (breakfast and lunch) were excellent. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Took us to the gate of the Old City on Mercedes or van. Highly recommended. Will stay at this wonderful hotel if we visit Chiang Mai again. "

"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. Biggest disadvantage is that you are...
