"Incredible location for a Sydney first-timer. The facilities are dated, as are the rooms, but the staff are excellent and maintain the high standards you’d expect of the brand & for the price range. Shout out to Sophia/Sofie at reception who rectified any issues in a really considerate, timely manner. "

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif. "Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was lovely, spacious. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Capella. One area for improvement we would suggest is the quality of the breakfast buffet, some of the food were cold and some the pastries were undercooked. Despite this, we would be back next time we are in sydney."
