The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller, AC was feeling great, breakfast is highly encouraged and the location of the hotel is in a perfect spot where you can walk to everything. Thank you!"

"Ambassador Bird Garden main atrium has no birds. Nearby the swimming pool, for lack of birds, all the big individual cages, except one, had only one bird per cage. The bird exhibit is no longer an attraction, it just reflects lack of interest on the current management, as of April and May of 2026."

"No pool available until May 2026 sometime, but still advertising as if it is. Signs are placed around reception informing that it is unavailable due to major maintenance. We would not of chosen this hotel if it had been advertised as no pool available. Conned."
