"It’s a nice & very convenient hotel. But the breakfast is awful, all mass-produced, pre-packed sweet and savoury items, even juices are from concentrate, not a good advert for Italian cuisine. The toiletries in the room are beyond basic and lots of plastic packaging. A little attention and creativity would improve things so much. It’s still the best place to stay in the area. "

"The property was not what I expected as it was chunky with so much thick wood panels and very outdated in style The staff were charming from arrival to departure and an excellent breakfast selection...........Sadly no other meals were served as they said there was no restaurant. The rooms were spotless and inviting ,but very outdated in color and style, such dark colors gloomy halls where lights are automatic left me standing in the dark by the elevator. Not my taste but a happy stay ,Thanks"

"Beautiful location with a spectacular view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Take the half board. The food is good and it's very convenient. The shared cabin we had was small. No shower in bathroom but a great jacuzzi tub. The cabin we were in had very short doorways between the bedroom and bathroom and at the entrance. I'm 6'5" so there were a couple of head bangs. "Séjour très agréable,nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires de l'hôtel malgré l'heure tardive très chaleureusement, ceux-ci nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant pas très loin de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils. Nous avons pus passer l'après-midi avec notre famille au bord la piscine malgré le fait qu'ils ne logeaient pas dans l'hôtel ils ont été les bienvenus. En...

"Beautiful, traditional hotel with very attentive staff, exceptional food & great position within Champoluc for ski lifts (5 mins walk). Needed feather pillows & duvet in room which staff sorted out immediately. Every night (part of half board) we were given an exceptional 4 course dinner.
