"Exceptional guest services from the moment you stepped into the hotel. Rooms and facilities are new and well maintained. Staff would go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They surprised me with a cake and fruit platter knowing it’s my birthday. The best part? Hotel is right next to Pakuwon City Mall. Literally just a few steps away; you don’t even have to cross any roads. I was told that the hotel is not even a year old. Great for families with young children."
