"We were very grateful for the efficient van shuttle to the airport at 4:30 a.m. to make a 6:20 flight to Rome. We could not have expected better service. We spent very little time in the room, arriving after dark and leaving so early. Our only little gripe was that the lumpy pillows were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a good airport hotel. "

"A complete and utter five-star hotel experience. A small, 10-room hotel overlooking the sea, the old city, and an immense gorgeous old church. Everything — from check-in to our gorgeous room to the melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies they put out in an adorable lounge to the extraordinary breakfast — was superb. Brava! Bravo!"

"Cannot park at this property although their system was very efficient. Parked 10 minutes away in a garage and was driven to property. 2 minute walk from dropoff. Beautiful 300 year old building converted from convent 20 years ago. Amazing breakfast in beautiful setting . Had a problem with our doorlock but they offered us one night free for the inconvenience . Wanted to change rooms but they were full so compted us the night stay. This village is 15 minutes outside of Bari, easy train ride to...

"The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. By the way, a better and far less expensive breakfast can be had a the MickyD next door"

"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."
