"Stayed 5 nights there. It was by far the best and charming accommodation during my Pakistan trip. Courteous staff keen to serve and satisfy the guest. Efficient concierge service. Appreciate the free return airport transfer. Room and bath slightly dusty, but generally clean. Slept very well on the king-size bed, even better then at home. They paid attention to my special requests regarding the room. Breakfast was a feast: rich spread of continental and above all delicious local dishes. I’ll miss...

"This hotel did not honor hotels.com booking. I was stuck with a non-refundable booking and had to pay hotel rack rate to check in. I’ve not received any refund from hotels.com or the hotel. In addition, hotels.com support was not able to process refund or even answer my queries. Terrible experience. Never using this service or this hotel. "
