"Overall very good experience "

"it was good .. a good refresher .. Room service did a remarkable job for setting the room for my parents wedding anniversary. Food options for dinner are not great. Breakfast is decent. The complimentary boat ride was a good experience."

"Very neat hotel in the heart of Alappuzha. Close to the beach with Ocean view. Staff is friendly and prompt for any service requests. Plenty of parking. Traditional breakfast is good. Dining and room service menu is limited and not great."

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms."

" Staff were very helpful and organised our activities and transfers .one of the Bathrooms had mouldy smell which needs resolving. In quiet location but easy to get taxi organised at reception . Food quality was ok if a little slow . Otherwise had enjoyable stay. "

"The experience was not at all resort like. It felt like a basic hotel and the service was average. The food took forever and tasted not good at all, wonder why it took 45+ minutes to prepare. The staff was extremely nice but the property in general was below average. There was not much to do at the resort and the spa didn’t have much options either. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. There is a small jetty for speed boat and shikara within the property itself. Thanks for all the staff for making this memorable,"
