"We stayed here for five nights in two different rooms. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, well maintained and with a semi private beach. This hotel is a bit out of the way but if you are looking for a quite laid back spot this is it. My one and only complaint would be the beds, they were really hard!!! "

"Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot. "

"Great family resort! Our villa was amazing and had spectacular views! Be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking! My elderly parents used the shuttle/golf cart service each time as they were readily available to pick up and drop off all around the property. Staff were so helpful and friendly! Beware of the monkeys…my son and I lost one flip flop to the little thieves…"

"This was an amazing experience and a wonderful peaceful resort. From the moment we checked in until check out. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they upgraded us to an amazing private villa with our own private plunge pool and bathroom all outside. I can’t think of anything that was terrible. Staff were friendly, great breakfast and close with tuk tuk to Saladan market/ walking street. "

"Fantastic property within walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants. Rooms amazing, lovely little touches eg beach bags, espresso machine, robes, we had one with with sea view which was by the pool and so convenient. food delicious and staff so lovely and friendly. Not got a bad word for the place, only thing that would have improved it for us was a better/another toaster at breakfast and smoking ban round pool! "

"We had 5 nights at Alanta Villa, and by day two we knew we hadn’t booked long enough. The villas are peaceful, well appointed, comfortable, and very private. We found the staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly… genuinely lovely people There’s a lot of wildlife knocking about in the gardens, so if you don’t want to share the place with frogs, lizards, preying mantis and monkeys, then it might not be for you, but I love all that and it really made my stay much better. "A beautiful resort and staff so so helpful and always smiley! Rooms were so well kept and really clean. Aircon works very well! Pool area kept very clean and different areas to sit at to have a drink. Beach access for early morning or early evening walks. Food and drinks good, only comment would be cooked breakfast got cold quickly if you didn’t get there at breakfast opening time. Beautiful sea views and an amazing sunset from Reggae Bar! "

"It’s not to fare to give a review at this time. Because Covid pandemic is about to overcome for many places in the world. Koh Lanta was big hit by pandemic and not yet to overcome. This hotel is so beautiful and nice design for all rooms. However, management need to forcus on customer's review. "The place is really great. However I booked this place and paid the premium price because I thought it had a buffet, bars, pool and beach front. I was here in 2019 and it had all of that. Now there is none of that."

"Lovely hotel which we booked last minute due to being let down by another hotel. They let us check in early, room was big, comfortable and clean with nice pool area. Good access to local restaurants but slight walk to the beach (although I think they have a shuttle service) but we just rented bikes :) "
