"Location is good. Check in time is 15:00 but room is ready 15:40. Every room have ocean view but old. Many things broke. We have to wait for maintenance after check in for 1 hours and cannot fix. Hotel upgraded to deluxe room. Deluxe room still old and something broke but acceptable. Swimming pool is good. "

During this week the tide is high during the day (late morning - late evening) so if you wish to walk on the beach you have to wake up early, which I did and it was very nice.
