Beautiful view from our room! Property has seen better days but loved our room at a very reasonable rate. The only thing was the gym which was poor and hardly any working machines. Pool was nice and staff are professional and accommodating. Except for gym l rate it 4 out of 5 stars

Good view but old room

Location is good. Check in time is 15:00 but room is ready 15:40. Every room have ocean view but old. Many things broke. We have to wait for maintenance after check in for 1 hours and cannot fix. Hotel upgraded to deluxe room. Deluxe room still old and something broke but acceptable. Swimming pool is good.

First Timer in Rayong

Great resort,friendly staff and nice location the beach 200 meters from the hotel property .Quiet area great for a relaxing time. Nice little bar ( Dive Bar ) next to the resort and if you want make a quick trip into town hotel offers a free shuttle service .

Just OK resort

Location is good. However, a room is old and dirty. Also, the check-in is very late and slow. I would not stay here again and not recommend for the others.

Stora rymliga rum vid havet.

Stannade två nätter på genomresa. Såg väldigt mycket bättre ut på bilderna men rummet var fräscht ändå. Lite slitet som många är men skön (mjukare) säng och fräscha handdukar, sängkläder osv. Utsikten är ju toppen! Många trappor att gå i men ser det som bra vardagsmotion. Frukosten bra och hjälpsam personal.

Location, pool, beach make up for shortcomings

Great view, nice beach, quiet location, nice pool. They've got some kinks to work out in the customer service department. The manager did offer a discount at the end of my stay to make up for a few small yet irritating issues.

Needs improvements

Great location but water temperature is a big issue when you the showers either steaming or very cold. Also when we checked in it was clear that the person at the front desk was confused about safety procedure for foreigners. Need more training for the staff. And no alcoholic beverages in the facility. We had to go to the other resorts to enjoy a drink. Great location is the only plus.
