"Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Unfortunately our room had a shower over the bath which we’ve never had before when staying, always walk in shower. This was difficult for my husband due to knee problems. Suggest checking if this may also be difficult for you. When mentioned to reception at check out we were told they would have changed our room if we had told them. "

"I was staying at Evolution apArtments for work. It was brilliant just next to Federsl court close to cbd and very close to the legal precinct. My room was large, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The sky lounge on the top floor was magnificent and very hand for business meetings. "

"The property location is fantastic! Extensive choice of eateries, coffee shops, bars, shops etc within easy walking distance. The apartment was perfectly adequate but could do with a bit of a refresh, marks on walls, stained sofa, mould in corners of shower tray. The laundry facilities were really good. The kitchen facilities were good but there was no extractor in the kitchen so I was a bit concerned that using the frying pan may set off the fire alarm. There is a full size oven but only one...

"Perfect staff, always helpful. Great air-conditioning that we could control. Yummy eggs & bacon bbreakfasts.Lots of lifts/elevators, so hardly any waiting time. Rooms are super quiet ~ Even though it's right in the CBD, we couldn't hear any noise. They have a pool, relaxation massage, but we ran out of time to get around to using those but will use them next time we travel to Brisbane."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Steep walk back from CBD and River Cat. Take the free bus up to Upper Edward street and walk across…not as far then. Still a walk for those not so fit."
