Decent space and central-ish to Brisbane. Nice bathroom. Room layout awkward with long narrow "alley" (with long desk, frig) to main space. On my last night, fire alarm at 2130 resulted in evacuation to street for half hour, awkward reentry for all guest as only on lift functional.
