"This is a lovely, modern hotel within walking distance of Sterkrade and it's shopping centre & facilities. It has a very clean/fresh feel, the staff are lovely, the beds comfortable and the garden/patio area is fab. Prices are decent, too :-) I came to Oberhausen to visit family so I did not have the need to use the restaurant but again, it looks great. There is a reasonably sized hotel car par but in the week I was there I only managed to get a space once. Free public car park opposite the...

"A relax place on the reaver. Nice room & good bedding. Good breakfast and service. The hotel isn't a real 4 stars one as there is no air-conditioning or even a fan; a big problem in hot days. "

"Probably one of the worst stays I had in a long time. The room was freezing due to malfunction of the AC, internet barely working, no outlet in the bathroom, phone broken and furniture dusty snd out-dated. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but I would still not come back."

"the receptionist was sullen when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a coffee machine and one of them didn't. When we told the reception about this situation, some rooms have it and some don't. It means they don't have standards, but while they're advertising, the coffee machine appears to be in the room, so they're deceiving."
