"The hotel was lovely- very welcoming with beautiful flower displays. The rooms were well appointed with quite a luxurious feel provided by pristine bed linen and towels. The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good. "Hotel location is excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station (ignore Google Maps!!). Staff were first class and very welcoming. Hotel is excellent throughout. Breakfast was top class, so much choice and excellent quality. My only gripe was the prices of the drinks at the bar (which is common in hotels). £24 for 2 cocktails and £8 a pint. Would definitely come back again."

"I plumped for one of their rooms without a window as I wasn’t there to admire the scenery. "I had to move rooms as the toilet seat was broken but the receptionist was very helpful and it was not a problem. My second room was comfortable, clean and all amenities were working . Breakfast service was excellent. Great location to all inner city amenities."
