"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel...

"It was impossible to find parking that your paying for anyways there was no spots at night . Also didn’t like that didn’t have a microwave in the room they have it on the floor which isn’t a big deal . "I can’t that “Masai” at Hilton Motif enough. After having my lost my wallet and phone at Westlake’s Link station, I didn’t have any ID or card to check in with. He reassured me that I wouldn’t lose my reservation even though it was through a third party. Long story short Masai went above and beyond to reassure me I’d have a place to stay. "We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel vicinity is the only downside but then again the Pike Place Market is at a short distance. "
